I. usage

TD75 general fixed belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as TD75) is widely used in gold treatment, coal, transportation, hydropower and other departments to transport bulk or part materials due to its advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility. According to the requirements of the conveying technology, it can be conveyed by a single machine or by multiple or other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system. TD75 type is used in the range of ambient temperature + 40 C-10 C, and the temperature of material conveyed is below 50 C. For those occasions with special requirements of explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and cold-resistant, corresponding measures should be taken respectively.

Technical characteristics and main parameters

The bulk density of TD75 transportable materials should be less than 2.5t_m3.

This series has six specifications according to bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 mm, etc.
