This product is designed by the Tianjin Cement Industry Design Institute. The models are B250, B300, B400, B500.
Second, the technical requirements
1.Electroniccontrolled on-off valve for unloading the bottom of the reservoir type 1and 2 are two forms, the figure first with two sets of 1, 2 set,according to the layout can be selected.
2.Electronic flow control valve type 1 and 2 are two forms, the figurefirst with two sets of 1, 2 set, according to the layout can beselected.
3.Three discharge openings are to be provided. If two or one dischargeopenings are required, the two or one outlet of the distributor shouldbe closed with a flange cap.
First, the bottom gate
For B250, B300, B400, B500 unloading the bottom of the device, the valve base connected with the base.
Second, the distribution box
Usedfor B250, B300, B400, B500 bottom unloading device, the box and thebottom gate connected to the distribution port and pneumatic flowcontrol valve connected.
Third, cutting the child
For B250, B300, B400, B500 unloading the bottom of the device, and electrical flow control valve connected.
Pneumatic switching valve

Pneumaticon-off valve is mainly used as a switch in the flow control system ofpowder material. It is usually matched with flow control valve inseries. Pneumatic on-off valve is a switch driven by cylinder.
